紓緩焦慮講座

焦慮是對於未能肯定的事投放過多的精力。

心理焦慮過高會令人覺得生活過得不如意,自己未做得好,小小的事都變成壓力,每天墮陷於緊張及不安的情緒當中,身心疲累。

焦慮時呼吸急促、面紅耳赤、手汗淋漓、身體發抖,以及說話時結巴,感覺難以控制。當工作限期到,考試或公衆演説前,你會知道那份焦慮感明顯出現。
